I WISH

I wish I could see the world
but I can’t unfurl the sail of my life
strife is all around
and is so profound
that I can hear it’s sound
as it stalks it’s pray round and round

I wish I could see my soul
but it’s so cold
I can’t bare to look on something I’ve sold

I wish I can hear the ocean
and smell the sea
but I would scarce to be free

I wish I could be could be the voice of the voiceless
but nobody would hear
so it is useless to have a voice
in a voiceless world
