On Monday, March 20, 2006, the above-titled essay was transmitted, by fax, to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), using the facsimile telephone number readily available on the CIAs web site. The following day, Tuesday, March 21, 2006, the essay was transmitted, again by fax, to the office of Leitoni Tupou, the Director of Institutions for the Alaska Department of Corrections, as well as to the corporate headquarters of Corrections Corporation of America (CCA), and to Mr. B. Martinez, Warden of CCAs Florence Correctional Center, in Florence, Arizona.
On Wednesday, March 22, 2006, the subject of the essay, self-proclaimed CIA Spy Hunter, counter-terrorist operative, and Guantanamo Bay interrogator, W. Scott Hatten, along with L-Unit Case Manager, Robert Romero, entered my cell to rifle my paperwork, disassemble my electronics, and generally search my personal property. When he first entered my cell, I queried Case Manager Romero if they were looking for anything in particular, he stated, Yes, but Im not at liberty to tell you what it is. Later that afternoon, I again broached the subject with Case Manager Romero, and he informed me that he was not at liberty to tell me what was going, but if the Warden of the Chief of Security want to speak to you about it, then they will call you. Although Hattens actions with Case Manager Romero are viewed by this writer as both retaliation and harassment, designed to chill further expressions of my First Amendment Right to free speech under the Constitution of the United States and, an appropriate grievance is being prepared Hattens claims and behaviors are so outrageous that future installments of Hey CIA! Is this your boy? demand to be written and made public, regardless of any official responses by the Central Intelligence Agency, Alaska Corrections officials, corporate of local CCA personnel, or other recipients.
